Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
No, there are no refunds when you enroll in the VIP Coaching Program or in my "Coaching by the Deal" offer.
Think of it as a consulting fee. My time is valuable so I will only help those who wish to help themselves. I have never had a single student who claimed that they did not received value from my coaching.
I'm very sincere about helping you succeed. However, if you are unsure about investing in your own education with regards to Creative Real Estate Investing techniques, please do not invest in any of my program to save us both time and money.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you you can schedule coaching session on my calendar. It is not limited to 30 minutes for paying students. https://calendly.com/franceschau
Do I need to pay for coaching more than once?
Absolutely not, if you are a VIP Coaching Student, have completed all your lessons, assignments, and closed deals, you really won't need me anymore after 3 months.
However, If you need to take a break from coaching due to life situations, you may pick up where you left off.
With regards to my "Coaching by the DEAL" program, you pay $250/deal or $1,000 unlimited Coaching for 3 months.
